Introduction

Global Cybersecurity Association (GCA) is committed to providing excellent service to its members, event participants, and course registrants. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of physical goods associated with GCA’s events and courses.

Scope

This policy applies to physical items associated with event registrations, memberships, and courses that may require shipping.

Delivery of Physical Goods

1. Event Materials:

For events requiring physical materials (e.g., conference kits, badges, etc.), GCA will ship these items to the address provided during the registration process.

The delivery timeframe will be communicated to the registrants in advance, and GCA will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.

2. Membership Kits:

Upon successful registration for GCA membership, members may receive a physical membership kit.

The delivery of membership kits will be initiated within 10 days of successful membership confirmation.

Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information during the registration process.

3. Course Materials:

For courses with physical study materials (e.g., textbooks, training manuals), GCA will dispatch these materials to the address specified during the course registration.

The dispatch timeline will be communicated in advance, and GCA will strive to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Time & Cost

1. Shipping Time

Shipping time includes time for online delivery of passes, coupons, confirmations etc. The online delivery will happen within 10 days of purchase.

2. Shipping Cost

As the delivery is online, there is no shipping cost applicable.

3. International Shipping

As the delivery is also online the delivery will happen within 10 days and at no additional cost.

Address Information

Participants, members, and registrants are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information. GCA will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
